Job Summary:

Conduct online rate shopping to ensure online rate parity across all Online Distributions and fix rate disparity once happened, manage/maintain online connectivity between CRS and OTAs, monitor OTAs ranking for all BHMA hotels, consolidated all revenue reports from hotel to submit to VP – Revenue&eCommerce.

Job Responsibility & Duties:

  • Responsible for formulating, developing and executing online sales strategies in inventory control & segmentation to maximize hotel room revenue
  • Prepare forecast, budget & analysis of revenue, profit, and demand associated with occupancy of rooms & function space inventory
  • Review daily rate on OTA channels as well as monthly/quarterly OTAs account performance
  • Recommend pricing & positioning strategy by identifying potential opportunities and threats using rate shopping tool
  • Work closely with Revenue Manager to ensure an efficient implementation of pricing strategy and online distribution strategies
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Revenue Manager
  • Clearly communicate to hotel team the strategic vision and objectives on how to drive revenues and improve performance
  • Provide the hotel team with regular updates on hotel performance to include market share, market segment roll ups, and channel metrics
  • Share best practices and key learning’s from OTAs with team
  • Identify and conduct Channel Report and branded websites
  • Manage the entire partner Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) and brand website to maximize revenue
  • Work with hotels’ sales team to participate in promotions on direct channels
  • Maintain close relations with Market Managers of all OTAs to gather useful insights
  • Update content on OTAs to enhance shopping experience for potential guests
  • Implement tactical campaigns to ensure continued business in need period
  • Discover potential OTAs to be added to portfolio and optimize the existing ones

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Sales & Marketing or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in revenue analysis or online experience in hospitality industry is an absolute advantage
  • Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills with commercial awareness
  • Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with excellent command of spoken and written English
  • Knowledge in MS Office Applications, Delphi, Opera, SBRP, Comanche
