Job Summary:

Track and analyze competitive set of pricing and yield strategies, gaining the ability to predict,  play an active role in the strategic pricing strategies and budgeting processes.

Responsible for implementing strategies to optimize the revenue of BHMA’s hotels, in charge of deploying the relevant processes, training, methods and tools and ensure that all of the Revenue Management processes are operational in the hotels, carry out strategic analyses to optimize the hotel revenue, suggest solutions for adapting the strategies, establish the annual budget, calculate availability and provide forecasts in relation to the budget and strategy, make recommendations to change the strategy quickly to react market/demand changes

Job Responsibilities & Duties:

Revenue

  • Responsible for the implementation of brand Revenue Management and pricing structure
  • Responsible for driving incremental revenue and profit for the hotel using a rational, disciplined decision-making process while managing risk under current and anticipated market condition
  • Maximize room revenue contribution through a thorough understanding of all booking channels and management of inventory and rate
  • Continual analysis of changing channel distribution models and the impact on consumer booking trends
  • Optimize hotel and corporate pricing strategies through definition and management of all rates, rate levels, stay restrictions and other tactics, which are congruent with demand factors and which are managed through all distribution channels
  • Fully utilize the Revenue Optimization Cycle using available dashboards, to ensure that the appropriate overrides are in place, special events are accurately loaded, and the sharing of knowledge
  • Management methods in a dedicated region in order to maximize the turnover in accordance with brand’s marketing, country, area, hotel strategies & customer’s needs
  • Responsible for having all the revenue management processes in place in perimeter
  • Optimize all BHMA hotels’ RGI (Revenue Generation Index – measuring the hotel’s position as compared to the competition) sales revenue
  • Take part in determining budget and strategy and is accountable for its implementation
  • Responsible for BHMA hotels’ pricing strategy and for optimizing inventory
  • Lead BHMA hotels’ weekly Revenue Management Meeting at very high-level strategy
  • Work with DOS and Sales Team members to encourage strategic selection of the right piece of business
  • Analyze BHMA hotels’ performance and monitor the market and competition then suggest solutions for adapting the strategy

eCommerce

  • Monitor digital marketing campaign for BHMA hotels that includes SEO, SEM, Web/Mobile app development, Content Marketing, Lead Generation
  • Monitor and analyze the campaign performance to maximize ROI
  • Monitor BHMA hotels’ online campaign on the entire digital marketing spectrum and suggesting the best possible and effective ways to promote ROI
  • Identify and adopt emerging trends and addressing industry requirements to achieve organizational objectives and profitability norms
  • Responsible for partnering with brand marketing to plan digital & social marketing efforts that support brand and digital goals
  • Responsible for designing a strategy and prioritizing, managing, supporting and executing digital marketing strategy initiatives (brand website, social media, paid media, search engine marketing) to generate direct booking
  • Work autonomously to author and drive digital/social strategy for brand initiatives while also providing strategic guidance for hotel-level initiatives
  • Oversee and drive strategy and workflow of digital marketing and advertising campaigns supporting BHMA hotels’ digital brand strategy and guidance for hotel-level
  • Manage agency / freelance resources and oversee strategic initiatives related to digital and social strategy for the brands
  • Direct oversight of brand website strategy, optimizations
  • Oversee brand social media/website content creation
  • Oversee social media monitoring, advertising, promotions/contests and other activations implemented by agency or in house
  • Oversee the writing and content for brand level social media and digital channels

Qualifications:

  • Any Male or Female
  • Age between 20-40 years old
  • Thai Nationality only
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in hospitality revenue management and eCommerce or related field
  • Excellent communication skills including fluent English
  • Good working knowledge of PMS OPERA/COMANCHE, CRS and distribution channel
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Budgeting and strategic planning experience and problem-solving skills
  • Strong knowledge in digital marketing with experience
